The North Star American Bistro in Brookfield is open Monday through Saturday at 11, with a party room for up to 50! Happy Hour is Monday through Wednesday 4 to 6:30pm and Thursday Crazy Hour from 4pm to 7pm. North Star American Bistro is the intersection of excellence and satisfaction!
